At Blackwater Cockers, it is our goal to produce adorable, affectionate Cocker Spaniel puppies that are healthy, well-tempered, and make wonderful companions. We strive to produce healthy, intelligent puppies that are able to integrate comfortably into a variety of age groups, households, and lifestyles.
